We are a group of professionals with experience of 13 years developing software applications. We specialize in building web and mobile applications. We use agile methodologies, involving the customer and his feedback constantly. Our process includes continuous delivery, allowing integration, deployment and testing to be common elements to our team. We are based in Quito, Ecuador, that is EST (Eastern Standard Time) most of the year and in summer it's CDT (Central Daylight Time), so we can work the same hours as the US and be in constant communication. We are used to chat and talk thru Skype (or some other video/IM client). We use collaborative tools for tasks, to be able to divide functionality, organize tasks and keep everyone informed. We usually manage at least 3 environments to properly dev and test: Dev, stage, production. Also, we check in code into git and have frequent deploys (at least once a day) so that we can discuss over working software and get quick feedback.
