Our agency is located in Central America, in El Salvador to be exact. With only two agents as of right now, but with over 10 years in experience combined between us both working in well known call centers throughout the country. We have a great deal of experience working as a customer service/care agents, technical support representatives, and sales agents. We have worked in outbound, and inbound call taking account/campaigns. And, we don't just work on taking/receiving calls, we're also capable of managing your chats if you have a chat service on your website.
