Overview
I have been working as a Technical Support Representative. Being one requires a lot of patience and skills in troubleshooting and dealing with customers. I have great passion with customer service and with the so-called "customer satisfaction". With that being said, I am aiming to apply the same principle to achieve "client satisfaction". I have keen attention to details and have clear communications skills. Aside from being a TSR, I also worked as an IT Service Desk Analyst wherein I was assigned to do administrative tasks like entering data into Spreadsheets/Excel, Database Creation, password resets, doing outbound calls to associates and doing remote access sessions to troubleshoot. As a freelancer, I always make sure that the clients' needs are always met FIRST before anything else. I also love going the extra mile if there is a need. Got a task for me?
