JOB TITLE: Customer Service Manager
WORKING HOURS: 4 pm to 12 am Manlia Time / 10 am to 6 pm CSET Mon-Friday
BENEFITS: paid Philippine holidays, 2 days off per month (can accumulate), positive/growth-oriented work group
BUSINESS TYPE: yoga, health, and wellness. Products, services, training programs.
SALARY: $200/week or $800/month (paid weekly)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS: high level written and spoken English, positive attitude, people person, enjoy solving problems, reliable, quick learner, great communicator.
*Type 35 wmp+ with proper typing skill
*Ability to learn other software quickly
*must have a fast internet connection
*must have your own computer just for you
*must not have work with any other companies or clients (we require dedicated staff)

We are a Barcelona (Spain) based YOGA company with operations in the U.S., Spain and Thailand. We are looking for a full time customer service coordinator to join our team to help manage email inquiries, customer service, social media, order processing, and more.
We are a fast-growth company and your role and responsibilities will grow very quickly. We are a team of about 30 people, currently we have 5 in the Philippines. You'll join our daily meetings (via Google hangouts), communicate with the team throughout the day (via Slack) and will be very much part of our team even though we're on different sides of the world.
Everything we do is related to health and wellness, so our work is very meaningful and impacts the lives of thousands each month - and we have lots of fun!
