We are developing medical device for neonatal care. Device is using a fresh water for processing, mixing and delivering to a patient area.
Subsystem is consisting of main and metering pumps, heaters, temperature/flow/level sensors, solenoid valves etc. Subsystem is detachable from main system, while detached it is powered with rechargeable battery. While on battery only sensors and controller are operational.
We need you to take over existing instrumentation diagram and use it to develop functional electrical circuit with control unit, power supply, pump, sensors, cabling, battery, power connection to system.
We need you to consider best off the shelf components for all required electrical parts and incorporate them into design.
Hopefully you will be able to use Solidworks with electrical routing add in to be able to contribute to existing mechanical design with electrical components and cabling.
Device will require applying engineering requirements for medical devices for US market, so we would be especially happy if you have previous experience in this area, but it is not mandatory.
