We are ILikeHost, a hosting company in need of customer service operatives.
Our website is still not 100% finished yet so the job will start in a couple of weeks.
We are already predicting a large volume of customers, so we will need a lot of customer service operatives ready to serve them if required.
Your duties will include:
*Helping the client with any order-related issues
*Communicating with our technical team to report any bugs/problems/solve customer problems
*Being responsive, helpful and polite towards customers
Requirements for this job:
*Correct English (grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc)
*Access to a PC
You do not need to have any technical knowledge/any knowledge about hosting prior to the job. You will be educated on how to answer the most commonly asked questions before starting. Also, we have a flexible & responsive customer service environment for our workers, with multiple pre-written lines to copy/paste.
