We are a start-up creative agency in search of a motivated, reliable and people-savvy salesperson to represent our business and help us grow. This is an independent contractor sales position wherein you will earn an hourly rate* plus commission on each contract that you sign. Additional bonuses awarded to top performers. This is a part-time position requiring just a few hours each week, with the potential for more hours as we grow.
Work with us on identifying potential clients & projects in the Henrico/Richmond area
Initiate and develop new business relationships & leads, and expand upon existing relationships to drive future sales
Maintain and actively manage opportunities throughout the entire sales process, leveraging the team as a resource as needed in order to help close a sale.
Create, be accountable for, and drive all new business proposals, statements of work, and RFP responses to contract close
Maintain an open line of communication with the team on sales progress
Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients and Pixelstrike Creative team (these meetings are either conference calls, in person or via Skype)
You must be an independent contractor
Proven capability of building relationships with high-level client contacts
Strong business acumen and understanding of industry specific business drivers
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on experience with proposal/RFP creation for client proposals/presentations
Experience with design and selling technical services a plus
