Ro Health is a rapidly growing medical staffing company. We supply hospitals, school districts and prisons with temporary medical staff. When we contract with our clients, we often enter into boiler-plate client agreements that are fairly one-sided due to a disparity in bargaining power. I am looking for someone to efficiently review contracts for the items below and communicate necessary information to parts of the organization, so we can take steps to comply with the contracts. This position needs an operations oriented business person as much as, if not more than it needs a legal background, but the legal background definitely will help.
• Indemnification language
• Compliance/credentialing requirements
• Insurance requirements
• Payment terms
• Key dates (renewal, etc.)
