As described, we have a new product that goes along well with sellers and retailers of fireworks. We need to be able to identify these owners to be able to send them our marketing material. We know for example in Tennessee, which is where we are from, you have to get a special license in order to run a fireworks stand. It is the same in many other states as well. We need a web app to be used for scheduling site surveys. The items below are the business points for this project: - A group of about 20 users (sales reps) need to be able to login to the platform and enter the desired address to schedule a site survey at that location. - "Site surveyors" will have their calendar set based on geographical fences. Meaning that Site surveyor 1 will be in the "North Region" on Monday and Thursday. And Site Surveyor 2 will be in the "West Region" those days. We need to be able to use a map to create those "regions", which will be used as a filter in the scheduling process. - When a "sales rep" logs in and enters a desired site survey in a certain address, the app should see which Site Surveyor will be in the region where the address is located. - The app will additionally consider the location of the previous appointment of the site surveyor and travel time to the desired location when a new appointment is requested. - The platform will then present the "sales rep" with a list of possible appointments available for scheduling. - Once an appointment is set the app will sync that appointment with google calendar.
