We know that Ecommerce merchants seek out new solutions to help them improve their business. Our goal is to build a strong brand such that merchants trust us to provide unbiased research and advice and ecommerce vendors trust us to send them high quality leads that close at a high rate.
This is cold calling role and gives you the opportunity to learn more about US ecommerce. We want analysts who are consultative and not salesy. You need to be able to quickly build trust and discover what type of pains and pleasures merchants in the US are experiencing in regards to running their business. When you build that relationship, we want to drive home the acquisition of a review for 1 or multiple solutions on our website, capture their email and feedback.
That is the first part to how we engage with clients. After your contact, a Market Director will re-engage with the prospect to go deeper into their concerns and offer some valuable insight.
Our end goal is to provide powerful feedback and insight that helps Ecommerce merchants make high quality decisions about making their business, grow, become more efficient or productive. Then distribute those high quality leads to the appropriate vendor partners.
At Free Ecommerce Advice (FEA) a Market Analyst:
Initiates research based conversations with US ecommerce merchants
Acquires reviews on various ecommerce solutions like ecommerce platforms, marketing tools, shipping and logistic service providers, web developers and more. These reviews will live on our website
Identify prospects who need follow up because they have distinct problems they are trying to solve
The role is is the first level of what we hope to be a growing future with our company. If you do this well, it opens you up to opportunities to become a Market Director, which has higher compensation and greater responsibility. Day to Day:
Your day to day role will include:
Leveraging our CRM and Email to prospect and gain research insight from US ecommerce merchants
Take coaching and feedback to improve consultative skills

Bonuses for generating reviews on a weekly basis
Bonuses for identifying prospects that lead to sales
