Ownership – Complete end-to-end ownership of one or more client implementations. Primary contact for the client team.
Software Development – Understand the customization/configuration process at each client and develop technical solution for the same with the team.
Requirement Analysis – Document, analyze and estimate requirements based on customer needs.
Process & Methodology – Work in an Agile process methodology environment and using developmet tools (examples - Subversion, JIRA, Confluence etc.) for managing the team and delivery.
Communication – Conference calls with global team members, North America/ Europe sales and customer leadership and traveling onsite to client sites for requirements gathering and consulting engagements.
5+ years of Team leadership and client handling experience.
Experienced with database and SQL (MSSQL, Oracle, Sybase, etc.)
