Nature of Tasks:
The scope of work is end-user support, with remote assistance provided by our own team and our client’s Level 2 remote team. The tasks might be like fixing a printer, installing Windows on a laptop, etc. For each task, you will usually receive a day’s notice. In very rare cases, the engineer might need to go to the site on the same day we receive it.

Procedure of the Task:
We receive a task request from our client in your area; we contact you to know your availability. Please note that the tasks can be received at very short notice occasionally, and at odd hours. We send you the task details, our support engineers provide you with needed training for the task, on the specified date and time you reach our client’s office, you execute the task following step by step instructions from our senior support engineer, we let the client verify the task and then you leave the site once our engineer confirms all is ok.
