I Am looking for a well qualified executive assistant for my Tax Overage Business. A Tax Overage Business consist of one acting as a recovery agent who works on contingency to recover owed funds to people who have had their properties sold at tax auction.
As Executive Assistant of my business, you will be responsible for handing the below task of my business.
1. You will be given a list of claimants who are owed funds from the sale of their property. You will research, locate and document the most recent and up to date contact information on these potential clients.
2. You will work hand in hand with my attorney to communicate with the given governmental agency that is holding these funds for the claimant behalf and retrieve the proper documentation and procedure on how to go about properly filing a claim on the claimants behalf.
3. You will coordinate the meeting of a mobile notary and the potential client/claimant in order to allow our company to retrieve the lost funds on behalf of the claimant.
4. Lastly you will oversee the entire process of filing a claim on behalf of our client which will consist of regular communication between the governmental agency and our client until the Company has successfully recovered the funds on our clients behalf.
