I am a realtor in Tampa, Florida. I have many expired listing and for sale by owner leads that need to be contacted. I have the call scripts and objections that you will likely get to help increase the rate of appointments set. I will also be happy to walk you through the scripts and practice the calls. I need someone with the following:
1.) Excellent English. This is priority number one since all the leads are homeowners in the local market, very clear English is a must.
2.) Strong work ethic - Many of these people will not be happy to hear from you. This is because previously there house did not sell. We have a system in place to make sure that their house does sell but the challenge is getting that message across. I need someone with strong work ethic who will put in the extra effort to master the scripts and get appointments.
3.) Organization skills - My calendar will be made available to you to schedule appointments. I need these appointments to be placed on there with as much information about that contact as you can provide. (Name, phone number, property address, any info from the phone call that will be helpful, ect)
4.) Don't Take No For an Answer - Many other realtors will be calling these same people. The question is who will get the appointment? We need to have a no quit attitude to make sure we are the ones that they schedule an appointment with.
5.) Knowledge of RedX, Landvoice, or Vulcan a HUGE plus. You will be using a dialer system to make outbound calls and schedule appointments. Currently using RedX but may be moving to Vulcan.
Looking for someone who has real estate experience, a strong work ethic, and can consistently be available to work. I will provide the skype to use as the phone system as well as an email address with my real estate group we have a consistent message to prospective leads.
