Looking for someone who can develop recipes in Arabic,Indian,Pakistani and Filipino gastronomy (some recipes are also from international cuisine).
All the menu items are communicated therefore what is needed is a formation of "Recipe Card" where quantity (KG & Liter base unit), Ingredient Name and method of preparation needs to be inputted. All yield and standard portion will be in KG, not serving. More details can be communicated throughout the process.
A couple of examples are : Rasam Soup, Ouzi Rice, Chicken Tikka, Masoor Dhal...
The format will be shared in order to have a standard presentation. I am not looking for pictures, strictly method.
The deadline for submission will be September 21st.
