I need someone to help me develop a maintenance help desk software. It would be cloud based with a subscription based login. It needs to be en Spanish. To start off, we would do an inventory of the items per company (we would need to be able to create multiple companies as clients). Each company can upload tickets which I would be able to see on my part. I would need to be able to see all of the companies and their tickets. We would assign a reference number to each unit which we would link to the open ticket. The ticket would require the reference number to be inputted and attachment of files/pictures as well as the office branch of the company in which it is based. The idea is that the client can upload a service ticket and the company providing the maintenance can open a ticket and mark it as solved or waiting to be solved. The supplier would assign a technician in charge of the ticket and the maintenance.
