I need help with creating nice looking PR-images from amateur pictures of cats and product-images (cosmetics bottles). The images should be in maximum size optimal for posting on social networks (VK, FB, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc,). I am attaching one sample of a cat-image, one image of a cosmetic bottle and one idea for a scenario. Important! - the final image should have a space (not speech-bubble) for inserting text like the cat describing how its owner use and like the lotion. In total, there are 20 products to be promoted, i.e. 20 images to be created.

We produce dozens of virtual tours every month of yachts & boats - we are looking for programmers to quickly photoshop raw files to improve exposure, hue, etc. Then stitch these photos into an equirectangular image. We use Photoshop & PTGui - but anything is fine. You can see our hosting site at http://360.yachtprofile.com. We provide low cost virtual tours to our clients and are looking for someone who is interested in processing and stitching raw images that we can use to create our virtual tours. Pay is $5 per room. We can process each room in under 5 minutes and can provide specific training for experienced virtual tour producers.

I need to answer this question and if your answer will be good long-term contract Students must submit one, well-written and well organized paragraph describing “The Importance of Strategic Human Resource Management to Organizations". The paragraph must be at least five sentences and no more than seven sentences. It must include a topic sentence, body of the paragraph and a sentence that closes the paragraph. It must be succinct (to the point) and use appropriate business and human resource management vocabulary. There is a grading rubric posted on Blackboard. Use this to guide your writing. The entire book can help you, however focus on Chapter 3 primarily and some of Chapter 2 and Chapter 14. This assignment appears to be short (and perhaps easy). It is short, however, you can do poorly on the assignment if you do not take your time and be very thoughtful about your work. Due: Friday, 5/6

This job is to set up a full Microsoft Word mail merge job, and labels. 1) Convert Letter to MS Word "merge-ready". Download this letter here: http://bit.ly/1NYjEII In all the places throughout the letter where you see the [Name], convert this to the proper merge field for this job, that will correspond with our column titled: "Firstname ProperCase" in the .csv file, attached below. 2) This job must be configured for the importing of 10 different .csv files exactly like this one: http://bit.ly/1TorhVd (NOT This one, but one with exactly the same column headers and order as this one, so this is an excellent import example to use and test). Download the .csv file from here, to get the parameters: http://bit.ly/1TorhVd NOTE: The first column should be ignored. All relevant columns begin with column B. 3) Create return labels print jobs. There will be 10 different return names/addresses, and each address should have one full page of labels (30 labels per page) of the exact same address on the whole page. Then the next page will be the second retun name/address, and so on. So, you will create 10 pages of labels. Those 10 names/addresses can be found on this Google Sheet: http://bit.ly/1W9sIx7 The return address will be comprised of the Company Name from Column B, and the Address from Column F. These ARE the REAL addresses, so these may be done now from this list. Set up the mailing labels for one of these Avery templates (YOU choose which one, please). http://bit.ly/1QSCawL 4) Create the Merge Letter and SEND TO labels from our .csv file exactly like this one: http://bit.ly/1TorhVd (Again, NOT this one, but one just like it). There should be one label and one letter per row on this .csv file. Set up the mailing labels for one of these Avery templates (YOU choose which one, please). http://bit.ly/1QSCawL There will be 10 sets of letters, with 10 separate sets of destination addresses, and all from a slightly modified version of the template from #1 above, that we will modify, so there should be 10 separate letter/label pair print jobs setup in total, and then the additional return address label, of 10 different sets of return addresses. When complete, all 4 of these aspects of the job must be ready for us to just open in Word and Print, to our printer, in our office. Your job is to create all of the job files necessary in MS Word to make this possible. It would be really helpful if you choose one of these items, and do that item and provide it to us as an attachment to your application. If we hire you, we will have many more jobs for this in the future. Thanks, and good luck, -AJ Did you download the .csv file AND the Return Address file? Did you attach a sample of your choice from THIS job (not from another job, but from this job) to your applicaiton, in order to increase your chances of being hired for this?

Hi UpWork Freelancers, We are an advertising services company for local businesses in our community. We are actively searching for a graphic designer in efforts to build a long-term relationship to handle our upcoming future projects. Attached is an example displaying one of our previous designer's graphic design file. We can show several other examples via Skype to qualified freelancers. (Unfortunately, UpWork only allows us to upload one file.) We are interested in finding a passionate and motivated graphic designer, who is willing and able to offer creative ideas based on the advertising information we provide for each job. An example of successful engagements would be to create eye-catching graphic design files that grab audiences attention, brings a smile to their faces, and should convince them to visit (online or in-person) the businesses we are advertising on behalf. We feel the right freelancer should be interested in developing a long-term relationship with us because we are super easy to work with, provide the information necessary for you to focus most of your efforts on creatively designing, and are offering the opportunity to become our graphic designer for all of our future projects. =) With Warmest Regards, Christopher
