We are a commercial real estate sales team looking for a virtual assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a great working knowledge of written and spoken English. Additionally, candidates should have experience with all products in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software programs quickly. We need a dedicated team member that will be able to work 10-30 hours during a 4 week trial period and 30+ hours thereafter. Candidates must be able to use Skype, WeChat, or Line for our meetings. The VA will assist us with:
1.) Check and respond to emails. We have a ton of junk mail everyday and the VA will assist us to delete the junk and respond to customers
2.) Perform market research. The VA will research and aggregate various market data.
3.) CRM data entry. The information that is gathered will need to be inputted into our CRM database. This information will include contact, property, and lease information. Please inquire about pipedrive in your response. Ability to learn the CRM system is critical.
4.) Appointment setting. The VA will set and confirm appointments and manage the team calendar.
5.) Social Media knowledge. Although this is not necessary, we would like for our VA to have a working knowledge of US social media platforms like facebook, twitter, linkedin, instagram, etc
6.) Marketing materials. VA will assist in drafting marketing materials. Again, a strong working knowledge of English is required.
