Client Relationship Management:
1. You will be responsible to find clients for our call center.
2. The Client Services Manager owns, manages and monitors projects from initiation through delivery, ensures that projects are completed according to plan, remain on schedule and stay within budget.
3. This person will serve as liaison between the company and client in order to ensure that all client goals, targets and requirements are met.
4. You will help with support programs, call center programs, interact with clients, draft change orders, handle documentation and business requirements.
