Hi Im looking for a sharp mind. I have candidates who will be moving from their residential countries to work throughlout the EU as freelance contractors and may spend different periods in different countries. I would like to get some advice from someone who has a reputable background and completely tuned into EU law & Tax. Im looking for solutions that are Legal and above board but also tax efficient for my clients. ie Isle of man, Guernsey, Malta, Luxembourg and the possibilities of setting up a tax base in these countries & other countries for the contractors. There is potential here depending on feedback if the candidate is quite good we could be looking at a lot of work for individuals. Id like to start with eg a scenario An Engineer from Ireland who has moved to Germany working for a year and possibly working in Italy for the following year. To change his/her residential status from Ireland what are the best tax solutions as in where you they register their new residential status for tax purposes as they may be freelancing for a few years and wants the best tax solution. The individuals would also look for a person/company to look after their tax affairs. Im interested in people applying to give an answer to the scenario mentioned and also to give a pricelist of what they would cost to take on a contractor to sort out these taxes all inclusive and please give a breakdown to show whats included for the price. I haven't attached any particular price as of yet
