We have a paid membership site hosted on a Wordpress site integrated with aWeber, WooCommerce and PayPal. The integration is very glitchy. The biggest problem is that customers get hung up in the process when signing up for the membership. They may sign up on the site, but not all of the information is transmitted to all three applications, meaning they may not be able to access the membership site; may not receive the member emails; may or may not be charged for their subscription and/or purchase; etc, or some combination thereof. In order of priority, I need a wizard who: 1) Is very familiar with Wordpress and these applications. 2) Can diagnose any and all glitches and fix them to ensure all applications communicate seamlessly with each other and the site; the new members get access to the site and/or products they purchase; and they are placed on the appropriate aWeber lists to ensure they receive the appropriate emails. 3) Make recommendations for making it easier for a new member to sign up or to make the experience for current members easier, better, more seamless, etc, when returning to the site. 4) Set up auto-responders in whichever application(s) appropriate that go to new and current members over a period of time. 5) Can help fix other similar challenges should they arise and offer recommendations for improvement to the overall member experience.
