For that website we need descriptions for the new yoga classes.

This 20 minute morning wake-up sequence is designed to wake you up in the morning, working all ranges of motion to get you going. Let go of any expectations as you open up to this new day and new opportunity for practice. Begin with gentle seated cat/cows and shoulder stretches while staying rooted in your sit bones. Progress the practice into Puppy Pose, Malasana, Bride Pose, and standing side stretches. Connect with your third eye and transition into Wheel Pose as you focus on your body’s strength and resilience for your day ahead.
