I’m looking for a mathematica wizard with an interest in (parametric) design and architecture.
Below, is described in the first part, of what is intended as a longer ongoing project, if the cooperation proves to be pleasant for everyone involved.
Combine two platonic solids (regular polyhedral) and make them pump (= one solid grows bigger, while the other grows smaller, and vice versa). In order to have a lot of different possibilities, the polyhedra rotate in small steps in x, y and z. The first one is a compound of a cube and octahedron, the second one an icosahedron and dodecahedron, both of them wrapped in a stretch fabric
The outcome from part one and part two should be automatically uploaded to two Tumblr accounts, twice a day. You might need a Python scrip to do that.
