I'm a speaker/trainer that travels frequently and need help setting up productivity processes in something like Insightly or Contactually that will help me stay on track with everything that needs to happen from a new client being booked, to pre-event logistics, to invoicing, to the follow up after an event is complete.
I get very anxious and stressed that I'll miss something AND I feel swamped in the operational and logistical details. I do best having a simple reminder system that keeps me on track so that I get to do what I most like to do...be in front of a group. If I were an analytical personality style that would be great, but I'm opposite. I'm a people person and the details bog me down, so it's GOT to be easy so I'll be consistent.
Currently I put reminders on a google calendar but it's not duplicable.
