Task & Responsibility:
a. Sells products/ services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective clients.
-Performs phone sales.
-Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building relationships, presenting, preparing quotations, and closing deals.
-Closes marketing-generated leads transferred via phone or e-mail.
-Do follow-up on warm leads.
-Verifies, enters information, and regularly updates information of a lead into a proprietary CRM
b. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, standard information and guidance.
c. Efficiently gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in product prices, delivery and customer specifications.
d. Researches and recommends product improvements or new opportunities by being current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
e. Coordinate sales administration and customer service activities inside the company to maintain the highest standards of service.
-attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
