The search function is going to return plans based on two steps.
First, the user will enter the state of residence. Depending on which state is entered, a number of plans will remain in the pool. (I am still working on this spreadsheet) In the
Second step the user will enter the "Age of the Beneficiary". Depending on the plan, that number will determine which Share Class within each plan gets selected. (I am also still working on this spreadsheet)
"What is your state of residence?"
"How old is the beneficiary?"
The next screen will show:
"Because your state "___________________". (this will include a generic text blurb based on the tax implications by the state; either "provides unique tax incentives", "provides reciprocal tax incentives", or "provides no tax incentives").
"and because the beneficiary is [AGE], you should purchase ["A Shares" or "C Shares"] in one of the following plans." (this return will be based on the part 2 and will provide a list of hyperlinks to plans from the spreadsheet.
The process may be more complicated, but I don't think it will be much more than this.
