We are in the final stage of creating a website that provide access to a uniquely complete database of statistics of the Olympic Games.
This website contains medal information on all disciplines that have occurred in World Championships (or equivalent name, i.e. World Cup, World Games etc.) and the Olympics, of the Olympic, past and present, sports.
In each of the sports you can find information concerning the respective medalists, their results (if applicable/available) and from which country they come from. And of course you can search for a specific athlete and find out how many, in what discipline and when he/she won their medals.
Also, you can compile medal tables in the sport of your choice, or search for a specific country and see how many medals they have amassed in each sport.
Whereas some of the information is available through other means, many of the facts are the result of my own original work and not present anywhere else. So, you will find the World Championships and Olympics from the 18th century up to and including the year 2016 included on this website.
And the concentration of facts and figures is, we dare say, unprecedented in statistical sporting terms, especially if you consider how many sports are represented here.
The business consists of selling access to the database, enabling users to search on statistics on Olympic Games. See enclosed business plan for more information.
