We are looking for a talented, dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our company.
You will be assisting us with various tasks, ie:
1. creating quotations for clients
2. finding contractors and coordinating project status
3. Help in administration.
4. Data entry and reporting
5. Schedule appointments
6. Answers incoming calls and makes any necessary follow up outbound calls.
7. Creating lists of and contacting top bloggers in our industry
8. Researching for companies that may be good new customers (I have criteria to look for)
9. Helping me with personal tasks (e.g. scheduling mtgs, booking travel, etc…)
10. Finding & scheduling content to go out on Twitter / Facebook (I can teach you)
11. Doing a variety of other tasks (must be comfortable trying new tasks often)
12. Research works and social media scheduling/posting
If you are a good fit and consider yourself as an expert with multitasking, there is room to grow in the position.
I’m looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable and positive. Big bonus if you consider yourself an optimist.
