We recently bought 5 licenses of Salesforce (SalesCloud Lightning Professional) and need someone to help with the implementation and training of my team. We will only work with an individual or firm who has verifiable history of implementation of Salesforce and can provide references (including contact info) we can talk to about past performance. Also, we prefer the selected candidate is Certified by some Salesforce-certifying agency/board to implement Salesforce.
Our needs are very simple. Our sales cycle process is normal: marketing, lead capture, quote prices, issue purchase orders, ship and invoice. Currently lead capture is by F2F meetings with potential customers but this will change as we are now in the process of developing a B2B website.
We will like to integrate Salesforce with our (or a) invoicing, quotation, marketing, email, newsletter campaign, website, ordering, contracts, price book & products, calendar, task, cloud storage, forecast, social media, contacts, customer service/support, etc. applications.
Our end-goal is to move from the inefficient and fragmented MS Office (Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint) way of doing things to a more streamlined and automated process with robust reporting for performance, forecast, intelligence and analysis.
