Narvitas is a UK-based manufacturer of medical devices. Our clients are mostly hospitals. We are essentially a virtual company with people in different locations. I am the Chief Operating Officer responsible for all the back office activities. We use Xero based on the recommendation of our accountants.
We are just getting underway and the use of Xero has been a challenge to date. While we do not really need much help on the accounting side, since this is well taken care of by KPMG, still we need support in order to properly integrate to the rest of our activities.
Our ultimate challenge though, and main objective, is to be able to use Xero to integrate all our activities, from managing inventory to placing purchase orders with our manufacturer, getting the product out the door to the end client and invoice accordingly. Throughout this process we should be able to control inventory, sales, order fulfillment, invoices, etc., the works, all at the push of a button. Thus, we are looking for an outside consultant who can help us to put it all together.
