Develop and implement a custom solution to support NJ Fun Services Holiday Stores
programs. The solution aims to automate the presentation and gathering of information to and from the
customer and allow NJFS to also automate the receiving and counting of returned products when event
This proposal also includes an iOS app (or Android app), which will simulate the physical cash registers
currently used. The app will activate per event and run on end user’s mobile devices as well as on tablets
provided by NJ Fun Services if applicable.
To use a primarily online solution, hosted at Fun Services servers and accessed as a web application using modern browsers.
The application will also interact with custom Windows desktop app
running on computers located at the warehouse facilities of NJFS. Customers will have a personalized and private work space where they can review items shipped, re-order items, enter returns and run a pre-return report showing approximate earnings.
NJFS will always have the capability to override or annotate quantities entered by customer.

Run Windows desktop app on local computer, to integrate barcode scanning at warehouse
Enter boxes and shipment details
Email customer when activity triggers a rule or exception
Enter actual count for items sent back
