This project intends to provide a system to management the aviation training of student pilots. It will incorporate syllabus items, progress through a set syllabus, quizs, assignments, badges, training/briefing material, databases of items etc... I know it could be designed without Wordpress, but I feel WP will enable a quicker development due to the infrastructure WP brings to the table, e.g. user management etc. I am a professional helicopter pilot/instructor, with a basic(but growing) knowledge of WP, and less of PHP, I am not looking for a freelancer to provide all programming etc, I am looking for an experienced designer who can provide guidance in how to design the database/PHP/WP to accomplish the task, and help write specifications that will provide a continuity through the project. Somebody I can bounce ideas off, or even code issues from time to time. I intend to write a design specs/wire diagrams, and then pass it to you, to proof,add, or suggest changes, and prepare a more detailed spec to pass to another freelancer/programmer. I could go on. My client is developing articles (geared towards entrepreneurs and professionals around the topics of leadership, effective communication, career advice, and mentorship) for a mobile app she is launching in June.
