I am looking for an outstanding personal assistant to help me manage my day to day tasks. - You must be comfortable with email communication, Google docs, and basic word processing skills. - You have excellent verbal communication skills, as you will be representing my company to vendors. - You have out of the box, creative thinking and can operate independently without a lot of direction. - You have previous VA experience. - Your job will include calendar management, appointment setting, web research, follow ups with contactors and vendors, basic book-keeping and invoice tracking, web and social media management account management (optional).
