I am looking for someone who can provide customer service remotely and in person for a custom router firmware that we have developed tailored towards VPN users. IT experience is not required but you must be a quick learner. You must also be good at interacting with customers and being patient with their problems/issues. I would prefer if someone is from the Northern VA or D.C. area because it would be easier to work with them and coordinate but I'm open to someone who is remote as long as they are accessible and can provide regular updates. This is a project I am just starting up so I don't know how much work will be available and it will likely be on an as needed basis. Please keep this in mind when applying.
