For a project I am doing (I am new to Tableau), I am looking for someone who can answer very specific 'how to' questions. I've been navigating the Community, but we are in a rush and there are some things I want to understand (and ensure I did not miss anything on Google or the Community pages).
1) How to update Reference Lines & Bands with new data (tried using a parameter)
2) Conditionally changing a color in a bar chart through data
3) Multi-dimensional drill down charts, trying to understand how to do this
4) Adding calculated or data fields to the charts (e.g. % and deltas between bars). I know how to do this and put it in the title, or as an Annotation, but looking for other ways
The project is just to help me better understand these things, and expecting most of my questions are pretty basic around bar charts.
For a 'real' Tableau Expert, betting this will be easy as it will mostly just be taking a few minutes to explain things to me. If you have to research stuff, then it won't make sense.
Put the examples above just to show my own novice level. Please do not accept if you are not an expert, and I thank you for your consideration if you are. The help I need is over the next few days/week, though I may ask for more help after that. Thanks. - Jay
After looking at the talent, I might hire a couple people for smaller amounts just to try them out to see how much they know. Regards.
