Would like to create a simple program that runs on a raspberry pi and has two components.
1. SCANNER that can scan a network for IP cameras, than show there IP address, make, model, firmware, and if host is providing a valid RTSP stream. Functionality is the as scan tools that are made by each manufacturer the only difference it this would find cameras of all manufacturers similar to the build in scanners that many NVS and VMS solutions have built in.
From a basic CLI menu User would be able able to either select from one of the cameras that the scanner found or manually enter RTSP stream. At which time the Pi would display the RTSP stream in real time full screen
All tools used should be open source as the final product will be released as an open source tool
