Since then I was promoted to Head of Marketing at This or That Media and then one of the companies under the This or That umbrella, Kelly Klee Private Insurance, spun off and I became Chief Marketing Officer of that company.
I'm looking for creative ways to show that my job titles and the companies I'm working for have changed but they have been promotions and I've worked with the same group of people for the past 6 years.
Also, because I'm in marketing, I want to treat my job search like a marketing campaign. In a sense, that is what it is. So I've come up with a Value Proposition and a couple of Personas. I feel I might need a variation of the resume and cover letter for each Persona.
Here is the Value Prop:

For Denver companies who are looking to generate revenue and customers, Chad DiPrince implements modern, integrated and measurable marketing programs by developing a strategic plan, implementing that plan, measuring its results, and then optimizing it.
For startups I want to convey: Gritty lean-agile marketer with skills and experience using both the creative and analytical sides of the brain. I use a data driven approach where things are tested, measured, optimized and then scaled up. I'm able to drive big results with little resource.
