Hello I need help to set up an online resume using Github pages. I almost had it working, but am not technical - and then hopelessly broke it! What I am trying to do: 1. Fork this repository (Jekyll online resume site running on Github) https://github.com/nternetinspired/jekyll-resume 2. Add my info 3. Link to my domain name www.nicholas-harris.com What I did All the above, then one edit to index.html broke the whole thing. Then I deleted the repo, in an attempt to "re-fork" fresh content. However it seems to be impossible to get a fresh version of the site to try again.... Would appreciate someone to take this problem off my hands. we have a live openerp instance running on the latest version of postgres. The problem is that the server is constantly maxing out memory. We have assigned 22gb of ram to the server and it has 20 assignable CPU cores and is running on a raid 10 array of SSD storage. The issue appears to be either with the postgres configuration or the openerp configuration or both. From what we understand, openerp is holding on the sessions for too long and postgres is essentially keeping lots and lots of 200mb chunks of ram in use for each of these sessions. If we reboot the server it quickly goes up to about 10gb memory usage and then creeps up to 22gb over the next half our to 4 hours depending on the usage on the server. We assume that it could be just a matter of running the openerp database queries through a proxy or working out what postgres database queries are inefficient or holding up too much memory. Or maybe looking at the general openerp configuration or postgres configuration in terms of how much memory is reserved for the number of users and database size. We have approximately 10-15 users and a database size of 8gb.

Hi there, We currently have a wordpress blog (backtotheroots101.com) and a shopify site (backtotheroots.com). We would like to pull the wordpress blog into our shopify site. The following is critical to us: 1. We need to be able to readily and easily maintain and update our wordpress content without development support, so if we would like to continue to use wordpress or shopify if possible. 2. We need all of the page links to still be unique, so an iframe solution will not work. 3. We are looking for the most seamless solution, so mitigating the need to relink images, etc is ideal. 4. We would like to keep our theme if possible; however, we would prefer to make the navigation bar more clearly a "sub-nav" vs. a second main navigation. An example to reference is the Tom's Shoes website: http://www.toms.com/stories/ There blog ties in very nicely to the rest of their site, but clearly displays as more of a newsfeed/updates. It also allows for seamless searching of categories and articles.
