Hello I am trying to put a Paypal express checkout on my opencart store. It needs to be customized, though. I have many options for products on my website and the PP express button does not take into account options selected and does not update shipping cost into account when someone clicks on the PP express button. It also charges everyone CA tax. I want the button on every product but I want to make sure that THEY MUST SELECT AN OPTION IF REQUIRED and that the shipping cost is updated when they click the button. I also want the button on the both checkout pages. The button needs to adhere to the cost as if they were to check out the regular way. Also, when I did put the button on my website, the button only appeared when something was in the cart. (i.e: If you didn't have a product in your cart, the pp express button would not appear on the product page. You must have something in your cart or you would not see the button at all.) Things I need: -PP express button on every product page and checkout pages -fix the issue of shipping,tax,item options on said PP button -Button not appearing for some reason if cart is empty

We are a full service real estate company with many talented employees who engage with high level clients via e-mail on a daily basis. We seek to raise the caliber of our communications with a series of business writing training classes applicable to our industry taught by an experienced instructor in the field. Project Scope: Educate our staff on the proper techniques of business writing via e-mail. Topics will include how to address the audience with a professional tone, proper grammar, etiquette, and sentence construction. The instructor will use applicable examples from the real estate and property management industry provided by a liaison within our company. Class Cohort: Approximately 40 students divided into two classes. Students span generations and education levels. Class Structure: Each cohort will attend five (5) 1-hour sessions to be conducted at our office on a weekly basis for a total of five (5) weeks, with a possible follow-up session three (3) months afterwards. Students must demonstrate their progress through short writing exercises performed outside of class and submitted to the instructor via the company liaison no later than three (3) days before the start of each class. Topics to be covered: • The impact of sloppy writing on the company’s bottom line • Setting a standard tone, etiquette • Reading comprehension and writing with purpose • Sentence construction • Common grammar errors Materials: The company will provide a classroom, Windows-equipped laptop, projector and white board for the instructor’s use. Instructor Expectations: Actively engage with a diverse group of adults with varying writing skills. Distribute homework assignments and discuss graded assignments at the beginning of each session. If we determine that a follow-up session is needed, the instructor should be available to return three (3) months after the completion of the training. Instructor Qualifications: Instructor must have at least two (2) years of experience teaching business writing skills to adults. A Bachelor’s degree in writing, communications, education, or a similar field is required. Instructor must be available to conduct two (2) 1-hour sessions per week in person in our SW Portland office during work hours, 8AM-5PM, Tuesday through Thursday. Submission Guidelines: Instructors who meet the qualifications above must submit a cover letter, resume, class syllabus and fee proposal for consideration. Submissions from unqualified candidates or incomplete submissions will be immediately disqualified. Qualified instructors will be contacted for interview by August 12, 2016.
