I would like someone to review my existing adwords campaigns to see if there are any changes I can make to improve them. I have 3 clients where I am having a hard time getting them to convert. This could eventually turn into a full time position with my company.

It is a medical website with booking system. 1) Able to list clinics by countries-able to click into each clinic as a post and allow users to review (comments need to be moderated) 2) Able to have booking system for accommodation listed on sites, something like airbnb. split payment-part of it to platform, part of it to owners 3) A marketplace for buyers to hire freelancer, book number of hours needed a day and a calendar to track availability or blocked out the dates once a freelancer has been booked. A payment system that splits payment (part of it to our platform and part of it to freelancer) 4) Able to run clinic promotions. 5) A payment from clinics to our platform for them to run advertisement Needs to make this website SEO friendly. The admin panel must be simple to use for future maintenance. I need this site to be up and running as soon as possible. Support must be provided if bugs are discovered. My site is 4 years old and its Facebook homepage is stodgy and stale. The logo was bought off a shelf and I have non-exclusive rights. The page header graphic was slapped together by a writer and, as you'll see, the best thing going for it is that it's got no grammar errors. I do think there is now some brand equity in the logo itself (white rabbit) but am looking for a redesign of the FB page so it's got more oomph and energy...and looks less like I did it. Haha. This could be just a cleaning up (but I do want to kill the colour gradation look) or a whole new look. Whatever the new look is, it should match the tone of the site obviously. The Lapine is my site so have a look if you're interested. Please NOTE: Don't be put off by the $5 budget listed below. They insist I put a price and I'm more interested in hearing a sense of approach and ballpark estimates from the pros.

You will provide me with 5 options then I will review and advise you on the edits that need to be made on the one I pick. If you can only make a semi-awesome or mediocre logo don't waste my time. This logo should be so good that it makes other logos cry. You need to read the requirements if you are not willing to provide 5 different options and revise based on my feedback do not apply! Final deliverable will be psd file and png.

Hello, I am building a one page Ruby On Rails application that allows users to buy postage. I can't find anywhere online that you can just buy a shipping label without signing up for a monthly account. This has been a personal project of mine for the last two years. I have been working on and off and would finish it myself but I just don't have the time. I have a git and heroku repository set-up and I have done about a third of the work so far. Designs are complete (see attached images). The CSS and HAML are compete and I started working on the backend. Here is a little more information about the application: I am only going to focus on USPS postage for both domestic and international shipments in version one. I want it to be easy to add more services/carriers. Since SnailIt is a one page web-based user interface to purchase postage, there are a lot of Ajax calls. I want people to be able to jump right into the label generating process. After they enter the package information in the site they click "Add to Parcel Bag" button, then a modal will pop up with rates – the user picks a rate and postage is added to the bag. Once they buy the postage (through stripe), it goes to their history where they can ask for refund etc. The designs make all the necessary functions self-explanatory. Postage will be emailed to the user (PDF version -- you can request that from the EasyPost API which makes it easy) after the purchase. When logged in there are two windows (modals) -- history and account. Those pages are self-explainable when you look at them (I've done most of the backend work for the history page). There are also errors that come from the EasyPost API that need to be passed to the user. There is a error model already designed. I am using the EasyPost API for the backend label creation and Stripe API for payments. I am also using Devise for logins and authentication. I am looking for flat rate quotes for the project. I would like to get it done within a reasonable time. Requirements: I need a Ruby on Rails programmer with git experience. The application needs integration and unit tests with rspec. Experience with the devise plugin for rails is a plus. I need a developer who is proficient in English. Send me any questions you might have.

I need someone to do the data analysis for my dissertation's survey and put together the results in a detailed methodology explanation with graphs. The survey consists of likert scale questions, multiple choice, as well as open ended questions. You can see the survey at this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TCB8NLM I've attached a thesis that has an example of what I'm looking for. The methodology for this thesis is on pages 10-28. I need someone who will willing to do this and work with me along the way: asking me for information on what is important information to me, make decisions and suggestions based on statistics experience, and read my literature review to have a clear idea of my research focus.
