We are an online retail operation. We need team members with exceptional customer service and administrative skills to help us with a combination of data entry work and customer service on phone calls.
- we forward our phone lines to you (our 800# to your US based landline- operator announces when you answer) during hours you specify you are available. For inbound and outbound calls, you keep track of time manually (we verify against our call records) and submit as manual time. For phone usage, you are paid for time actually on the phone unless you bid and we specify different conditions.
- you utilize our software and flow charts to answer customer questions on products, order status, etc. Take messages and reply to calls on our behalf as requested. Estimated actual call volume is a couple hours weekly.
We also have Data Entry work. For example, researching products on Amazon against our images and descriptions. Require extensive capability with excel and attention to detail. This supplements hours not used for phone calls.
We will start with 1 hour of data entry work daily with 2 more hours of phone coverage. Please tell me which of the below shifts you could do and which days of the week. It can vary by day. We may want to schedule multiple shifts and/or multiple days. Data entry work occurs within those time frames and phones are managed by you in those time frame. If not actively doing the data entry work when a call comes in, add the time on phones manually to the shift.

We will then send you a sample of data entry work to complete. This takes 5-10 minutes and must be completed to move forward. Finally we would have an interview on Skype.
