We are looking to have a crew scheduler built for our salesforce instance. We need it to work on both the desktop and the mobile salesforce1 app. I have attached a mockup of what we are looking for.
-"Job" is a custom object in our system
-Adding a job does not create a new job record just a schedule record. Clicking "add Job" creates the box for the entry, user then selects the job name from a list of jobs marked with a status of "active" User then enters the start date, end date, start time and end time using a date/time picker.
-We have added a field to our our users that when checked notes they are used for field crew. We want to assign these users to field jobs using a drag and drop from a pool of available users to the active jobs. The queue on the lefte is always the list of available users, active users with the checkbox of "track in mobile"
-Upon adding the user to the job for that day an event is created on the user's calendar that they may view on their calendar on Salesforce1 App.
-Supervisors in the field may view and move users between jobs as well as create and edit job, durations, hours and crew members.
-Each row is a day and scrolling up and down moves through the schedule as far as there are events scheduled. Please see attached file
