I have started a new company called VITALIZE Mints. It is technically a "candy mint" because i have many flavors besides the generic spearmint, wintergreen, peppermint, like sour cherry, orange, lemon/lime, etc. (please look at attachment for my ideas/likes/dislikes) I dont plan on going after big name companies like tic tacs, lifesavers, etc. My target audience is the healthy/sports mint candy section. I am using Xylitol which is a natural sweetener. This way i could sell it at places like whole foods, vitamin stores, dentist offices since it has xylitol and since i have the electrolytes and vitamins (with cool modern logo/branding) i could hopefully get into the sports side too like how Quench Gum is in sports authority. I have done lots of research and know that branding/logo work is what is going to set me apart from the other xylitol mint companies. Competition would be ICE CHIPS, Spry, Spry, Xyloburst, and SnowFlakes but i feel like they look more medical than i want to look. I also have looked to Sports Beans a lot since they have vitamins in theirs and still appeal to the sports market. As far as my logo and branding goes i would like something modern/clean/fresh looking. I am 25 years old and know that i personally buy stuff off the way it looks, so maybe bright colors? As of now i wanted black containers/bags to sell the mints in, so something neon or bright might appeal to me, but at the same time it needs to look professional and basic. I cant place my order for the tins/bags until i have the logo so i am willing to work with you as much as possible. I also am working on the website i bought and want to make sure i keep the general branding/theme consistent. Any ideas are welcomed! If you have any questions at all i would be happy to answer them so please reach out.
