We need to identify and secure a resource that has expert level knowledge about the DoDI 5000 operating model. They specifically need to know about the entire model (milestones a, b and c, as well as LRip, sustainment and demonstrator), but they will focus with us on milestones b and c, LRip and sustainment.
We need this person to give the executive team at PG a deep primer on DoDI 5000 and the specific areas NG wants to discuss (milestone b and c, LRip and sustainment). That needs to be delivered via telephone calls, video calls, email and written material.
The individual needs to help us translate how our model applies within that operating model and how our model could be applied to make changes in the DoDI 5000 environment. And, they need to potentially participate on calls with end client to try to get the business.
Depending on the resource and if the conversations advances with end client to a hire, we could bring the person on board as a key consultant for the engagement.
Retired government employee that has worked with DOD, OPM, ODNI or other government agencies, worked within the DoDI environment, currently a consultant, and willing to work with us on this business development effort to get us up to speed and potentially land the business.
