Help me create and optimize selection catalogs and project schedules for a new home constructions, home remodels, and home repairs.
You will be required to research building material prices and assist in the development of selection option packages, and help input that information into our CRM software, Co-construct (http://global.co-construct.com/).
You do not need to be familiar with this software - but you should be comfortable using CRM / PM softwares like HubSpot, Aha!, and JIRA.
You also be asked to help maintain project schedules in Google Calendar.
Client communication content will be handled by us internally, but if you could proofread our efforts and provide suggestions for improvements, that would be a nice bonus.
This job will likely require about 5 hours per week initially, but could quickly ramp up to 20 hours per week if we are successful at optimizing our projects together.
