Maxemize Social Marketing is looking for a Virtual Assistant to help its business operations, manage incoming calls and emails, schedule events, help with marketing activities, and help us stay on top of all of our obligations.
- Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs
- Research using the Internet or other information databases
- Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others
- Email management, scheduling and calendaring
- Develop and maintain contact lists, agendas, meeting scheduling, routine communication and coordinate other business support activities
- Prepare files and maintain file storage and file retrieval systems
- Travel planning and coordination including reservations, itinerary planning, etc.
- Provide administrative support in the development or scheduling of tradeshows and events, email campaigns, public relations and communications, label printing, advertisements, promotions, direct mail, and other marketing initiatives
