I run a Strength Training and nutrition website, whose target demographic is :
Male, 18-45, beginner to intermediate weightlifters, focused on strength and size, and
want to reduce body fat.
I currently have a subscription based email series being sent out once per day, everyday, all year.
It is a new strategy.
I need you to:
- Research 1-3 years worth of daily tips (short and concise)
- Pick tips that would work towards my target demographic
- Tips can range from workouts to nutrition to mental/physical health, etc.
- Experience in the strength training/musclebuilding/nutrition/fitness field
- Must excel with English
