I am looking for someone to do business valuations. We are a business broking company in Sydney Australia and from time to time we get asked to do business valuations. And normal process is to send an information request to our client asking for financials, business background, key features of the business and any other information we need before we can do a competent business valuation. We want someone who has experience in doing business analysis/business valuation who is happy to come into the process after we have received the information from the client. We will work closely with you to select the appropriate methodology and consult with you on arriving at the profit figure and the multiplier that is normally used in a future maintainable earnings methodology valuation. You would also be doing some research into the industry and we have access to industry risk analysis reports. The person will need to be fluent in written English and be able to turn the job around quickly. We can show you templates of valuations we have completed in the past. Once we find the right person, we will have a number of assignments for you.
