I own a small mobile apps and website development company (www.appnector.com) out of Washington dc, Usa. I have lists of restaurants, their owners names and phone numbers. Also, I've sent emails to most of them, so the call would be "warm", as you'll know who to ask for and they will already know who we are from the email they previously read - in my experience, these are 50% more receptive, which makes your job easier. Once you get them on the phone, the primary goal is to set an appointment for a 15-20 minute demo with us. Here are some questions for you: On average, how many calls would you be able to make in an hour? Are you able to call during our US morning time? Are you able to charge per appointment or blocks of appointments- for example "5 guaranteed appointments for $100")? We need a mentor to guide us through these stages in our start up business. We have the NZ Otago University creating our new product which is within sports nutrition, and we have maintained the IP ownership. We have a business plan and firm idea of what we want to do with our brand and our product range and business, with a product that is the first of its kind coming to market we have had several people excited about what we have and raise their hands for investment interests.
