Client seeks first and foremost, an excellent change manager with high level skills in technology product/services introduction. The specific project involves EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
Accountable for planning, developing, and implementing overall change plan, change communication, and change integration to ensure smooth deployment of new technology:
--Forecast and monitor implications of new processes to assess how the change will impact retail execution
--Identify and develop change management strategies for existing technology shutdown and turnover: including new technology deployment and new technology receipt, adoption and training.
--Identify, manage and create change orders
--Identify/manage risks and challenges. Devise strategies to overcome potential risks
--Coordinate change management strategies with team
--Establish and manage customer expectations and communication
--High level change management experience required
--Ideally has experience with EDI
