Hi, I am looking for a custom build board with 20 solid state relays and 4 dimmers on it. I bought this I also bought this but I need them in one single and more compact board for my needs. The specs should be the same, with the GPIOs driving the relays and dimmers. Do you custom design/build boards like these? If yes, what is the minimum order and how much would that cost in USD?

Asking for bid on a project LED Light Panel , PCB design.... End result desired is an EAGLE CAD file or equivalent. Include the necessary mounting positions for surface mount components. Also include the correct resistor and communication channels for LED color groupings. There expect to be at least 5 groupings for example.. I will send the LED light configuration to the finalist. Include in the design independent channels for each group of colours and addressable RGBs. this could be an ongoing project as we would like to innovate as we test and learn. Design the connector for integrated circuit to control lighting parameters. Include pin outs.

As a first step in creating Electrochemical etching machine we need a proof-of-concept experimental platform. It should : 1)Provide pulses from 10us up to 10ms of DC current to load (U=15-40V, I=100A max) 2)Have all adjustments to change pulse time, pulse voltage 3)Have outputs for oscilloscope to detect real current and voltage forms For the very beginning of the work, a circuit with rectifier, a mosfet, mosfet-driver, pulse time adjustment and inductive load overvoltage protection will be enough, so we can test your skills and get early concept. The load is a gap between electrodes, filled with electrolyte (NaNO3 water solution), and has complex resistance (active, inductive, electrochemical + inductance of power wires) If the proof-of-concept shows that the idea is right, we can offer long-term work for creating full power, complete etching machine

Hello, We are seeking a knowledable, well established, experienced freelancer in the area of electronic circuit design, for our new LED module. We are designing a new LED module/light for the mobile industry i.e. automotive industry. Contractor must be able to provide: 1. On time design of electronic LED circuit to meet our requirements. 2. Understand and speak English fluently. We already have a design in house in which is a high-end LED module with mid-power LED's, LED drivers, micro, etc. It can be programmed to our desired flash pattern. This is a mid/high power LED module and is considered our high end module as well as higher cost unit. We are complete with this and only use it as a reference. Our New Requirements: We now need a new design which will utilize the same board envelope size as our other LED module since it will go into the same plastic housing. BUT, this circuit should be designed as cost effective as possible using as few components as necessary to complete the job. It is VERY cost sensitive. Some of the basic requirements of the design will be as follows: - As mentioned, the board size and envelope has already been determined. It is roughly 2.4" (inches) x .540" (inches) and is .062" thick. I will provide exact envelope size upon awarding the job. - The number of layers required will be determined by the designer. - There will be (3 pcs) of 'low' power LED's on each side of the board. We are working on determining size, but looks like 2835 size or 5050 size SMD (we are open to recommendations on high quality LED's that are readily available and are inexpensive. Chinese? Looking for the most Lumens available in low power SMD). So, on side 1 there will be 3 pcs SMD LED and 3 pcs SMD LED on second side. Total of 6 LED's all on one circuit. - As mentioned, this board will be very basic and will include as few components as necessary to get the job done effectively. These 6 LED's will have a constant flash pattern of on / off. When the LED module is supplied with power, it will start flashing and will not stop flashing until power is removed. We DON'T want to program a micro and don't think a micro is necessary to accomplish this. How about a 555 timing circuit or something similar? Are there other chips available that will provide this timing solution cost effectively? We want to assembly the PCBA with the components, power it up, and it function i.e. no programming, etc. On/Off times need to be discussed. But, we imagine something like 100ms on / 100 ms off type pattern. - The circuit must be able to accommodate 12-30 VDC (mobile) supply voltage range. - The circuit must be able to handle normal voltage spikes. - Board must be able to dissipate any heat that builds up (there may not be any with low power LED's). I believe this gives you a good idea of the overall scope of the project. To sum it up, it is basically the circuit design of a mobile LED module utilizing a timing circuit and no micro. It should be able to be used in 12-30VDC automotive applications. Please send us your resume and idea of timeline and cost for this project. Thank you for taking the time to review and comments. Best Regards, Mike
